Becoming
a member of the church is an important step toward growing in faith, discipleship, fellowship, and service. When we are received
by the congregation we are asked this question:
"As a member of Meadow
Lands UMC, will you faithfully participate in its ministries by your prayers, your presence, your gifts, your witness,
and your service?"
And the new member
answers: "I will."
